The late Pastor Lazarus Victor founded CPF 25 years ago, when the area was surrounded by slums and inhabited by cobra snakes. As people began coming to Christ, little by little, the whole community was blessed.
Now, it is a growing, vibrant area with cement roads and thriving businesses all around. We have been partnering with CPF since 2001.
Pastor Lazarus invested his time, talents and treasures with the poor people surrounding this area and his legacy still continues on with the philosophy that he taught and practiced, i.e. "SIMPLE LIVING, SACRIFICE, AND SERVICE"
